Photographs at the Ninety Fifth Annual Sessions of the Grand Chapter of Ontario, Order of the Eastern Star.

Your Official Grand Sessions Portraits of you in your new Traveling outfits will be taken prior to the Associate Matron’s and Associate Patron’s Banquet at Grand Sessions, before dinner from 3:00 PM on Monday, August 30th. First come, first serve, so come and have your keepsake portraits taken and then stay and mingle with friends before dinner.

Beautiful Colour Archival Quality Portraits are a special price of only $14.00 each incl. HST, 8x10 size, with border and name of year. Please pay at the time the pictures are taken.

There will be a sample folio on display with the Eastern Star Logo embossed in gold on the cover. These can be purchased if desired at $29.00 incl. HST and will hold 2 photographs, your portrait and your district group photo.

District group photographs with the your Worthy Grand Matron and Worthy Grand Patron and District Deputy Grand Matron will be taken on Group Photo Day, please see www.estarphotos.com for the schedule. Group Photos, $14.00 HST incl.

District Deputy Grand Matron’s will be collecting orders (in advance, and also 45 minutes prior to assembly time) for the group photographs and all orders will be delivered by the District Deputy Grand Matron when she visits your chapter. Pictures are usually ready each year in mid to late October and delivered at Official Visit or other meetings.

Candid Photographs taken at the Banquet and Installation will appear on www.estarphotos.com after Grand Sessions for you to view.

Dear Photo-Coordinator,

Thank you very much for your efforts in coordinating groups and photo orders.

Photography schedules and blank order forms to fill out will be sent to you by regular mail. If you have not received a package, please email trina@astoriamagazine.com

Procedures:

1. Please let people in your groups know ahead of time, if possible, when their group and portrait photographs will take place, and take their orders. This saves you time at Grand Sessions. There will be 4 tables set up for coordinators to take orders before assembly time. Please be at your table from 45 minutes to an hour before assembly time so people can place their order with you.

Orders after Grand Sessions - 8x10's $20.00 plus HST plus $10.00 postage if required.

2. For people in your group ordering at Grand Sessions, there will be schedules like the one enclosed in your packet (also above), posted near the elevators and the Banquet Hall at the Hotel. Four tables will be set up for order purposes on Photo Day. (People often line up an hour prior to place their orders)

3. Please hand in your completed order sheets with monies collected at Photo Assembly.

4. The Photo Order Sheets are used by us to fill the orders. We give all the orders individually packaged by Name, Chapter and District (with this sheet enclosed) to the Worthy Grand Matron who then gives these to each District Deputy Grand Matron with all of the orders in her District which she delivers at chapter meetings.

5. The Photo Order Sheet is then used by each District Deputy Grand Matron so she can check each order as she delivers it. This assures that everyone gets the orders they have paid for.
